Description

A particular speciality of our patisserie is the Swiss Stollen. This is a Corso almond stollen, which our bakers coat in chocolate. Alongside the sultana stollen, the Corso almond stollen is another very popular pastry at Advent and Christmas time. It consists of a heavy stollen dough and is baked without sultanas. Instead, we add more sweet almonds to the dough.
