1. Validity

Our products are shipped on the basis of these terms of delivery and payment. Should a different mode be desired, please let us know. All orders will be confirmed by us. By accepting the delivery, you have agreed to our terms of delivery and payment.

2. Delivery

We have long-life baked goods (Christmas stollen and stollen variants, Leipziger Lerche, Baumkuchen) delivered worldwide. For national shipments, we use DHL with the following service offer:

Delivery of parcels
second and third delivery if necessary
Return of parcels in the event of refusal of acceptance and undeliverability
For international shipments, we also use DHL, which has different conditions for foreign countries. As the delivery is passed on to third parties, their terms and conditions of service and delivery apply. Please note that the delivery time depends on these logistics companies. Please inform us immediately if there are any problems with the delivery.

3. Payments and prices

The confectionery sends the delivery against prepayment or PayPal payment. Invoices are enclosed with the deliveries or are sent to the order address for deliveries to third parties. Payments in foreign currency are accepted taking into account the current exchange rate. The prices on the day of the order plus shipping costs apply.

4. Discounts

The stated discounts are only valid for delivery within the discount period. If a later desired shipping date is specified, an additional invoice for the difference will be issued. The customer will receive the 2nd invoice by e-mail.
