I. I. Product selection

Select the product you want in the product categories (under Online Shop). Click on the “Add to shopping cart” button to save the selected product in your shopping cart without obligation. You can now select further products and add them to the shopping cart. The total amount shown in the shopping cart does not yet include the shipping costs. You can also obtain more information on the shipping costs by clicking on the “Shipping costs” link in the product descriptions.

II. Shopping cart

The “Shopping cart” link (number of items in the shopping cart) below the right header of the page takes you to the shopping cart view. Here you will see a list of your selected items and the quantities ordered. In addition to the total order value, you will also see the amount of statutory VAT.

III. Ordering the selected products

Note: You can end the order process at any time up to the binding submission of your offer to conclude a contract by clicking on the “Order with obligation to pay” button (step 5) by closing your Internet browser or by emptying your shopping cart.

By clicking on the “Checkout” button or via the link in the header, you will be taken to the order process.

Step 1+2 “Billing and shipping information”: Select the billing and shipping address. In this step you can select the shipping address without obligation. We need your billing and shipping details to process your order. Please enter the required data in the form provided without obligation. Mandatory fields are marked with *. If you wish to enter a delivery address that differs from this billing address, you can do so in the next step of the order process. If the billing address you enter is the same as the shipping address, this step will be skipped.

Step 3 “Shipping method”: Here you will find the total shipping costs incurred. These depend on the weight and delivery location of your order.

Step 4 “Payment information”: We offer prepayment in the form of bank transfer as a payment method, please note the information displayed.

Step 5 “Order overview”: Checking the data, correction and final order: To avoid errors, all data entered will be displayed again without obligation. At the end of the list, the total invoice amount resulting from your details is displayed without obligation. In order to place an order, you must tick the relevant checkboxes to indicate that you have read and accepted our General Terms and Conditions and the information on revocation. You also have the option of specifying a dispatch date. To do this, enter your desired date in the comments field. By clicking on the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you are submitting your offer to conclude a contract.

Immediately after receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. In this e-mail you will be sent all order data, our General Terms and Conditions, the cancellation policy and the information required by law. You may also receive a separate order confirmation.
